Yeah I already put it in there, asl well on ask gamblers. As I saw some more treats about the same issues on them. And even if I don't get the money. I think it's good to put in afford to get this known and prevent other people to get screwed over there.

100% DO NOT use AG, they even turned down my complaint that I got accepted by IBAS, they are a rogue outfit that are paid by the casino's.

Maybe something is lost in translation here. I don't think English is your first language?

I don't see what relevance it being a serviced office would have.

Not sure what English, being my first language or not, has to do with me saying, that there is no point him "going to sort it out in person" at a serviced office DM!!!

@Nicola I see you have Stakers on your website, can you shed any light on this? It seem's outrageous

Bonuses have always been confusing at Stakers, and have advised on Casinomeister for people to opt out completely in the past to avoid these kind of issues. Other than that, they pay fast and generally no issues. In November they paid £17000 to a player who hit on Bonanza without issues in full.

If the OP is in the UK, then I would be more than happy to deal with the complaint through the casino manager initially. If this fails, I will help him/her with IBAS if there is adequate proof the bonus was added without permission. Under UKGC rules, bonuses cannot be tied with cash funds without a pop-up box (or ticking a box) to accept wagering and withdrawal restrictions.

I would say 99% of UKGC licence holders use virtual offices (or even cheaper mailboxes) as their public showing address. If you turn up there, all you will find is a wall of mailboxes or a pissed off security guard who will tell you where to go!

While casinos say 'its for security or safety reasons' in most cases they just don't want to deal with players face to face.

A serviced office in my understanding is an office which is took on without a longterm lease, so it would have all ammenities and services already installed so you could literally move in and start working. I think in your case you're implying that its just an address which they pay a fee to register as their companies address.

Well thing is I'm not in the UK, I'm dutch living in malte so it's under mga license.. The cashdrop bonus was not migrated with real funds but with the rest of the bonus funds which had a turn over amount of 1025€ this had increased and also due the fact it was put together with the other bonus everything is crapped to 3x..

Ah, that's a shame you're not in the UK. Unfortunately, we can't touch complaints outside of England, Wales or Scotland ?

I still recommend pursuing a complaint through MGA or if you have concrete proof, seek legal action through a igaming solicitor.

@MrUKHackz Remember we spoke about 'dynamic wagering' a few months back? That was this site. Can you link the thread?

How these cunts haven't been clamped down on by the UKGC is beyond me.

Hey there,

So sorry to "hijack" and jump in on a thread, but would you, or another member, mind giving a bit of advice?

I'm a complete newbie despite being a heavy slots player, so please keep that in mind. :)

1) Recently, I landed big on Bonanza via a Progressplay site. £20 deposit, £40 bonus, lost real cash and played higher stakes. GOLD on £4 = £2,000 win. Anyway, I carry on spinning and the amount suddenly changes to £160. Turns out they have a 4x conversion -- definitely didn't click a pop up box! Any recourse?

2) Sloty.com withheld a £600 win because I contravened their £5 max bet rule on 10 spins -- amounting to £2 over the limit (again, Bonanza -- didn't realise it was rank and I was doing £5.20 spins instead of £5).

Also, I thought you guys might like the attached! Biggest ever win for me.
