BTW you still a chef?? running out of exciting veggie meals to produce every wednesday not a chef anymore no, but I grew up eating veggie food as my mum is a veggie. She makes an AMAZING lentil pie with a cheese pastry, honestly mate, it may sound like eurgh but its the best pie i have EVER had and that included meat pies! I will dig out the recipe. Got smashed up to be honest, went a bit crazy after the superbowl did a biggish double an hour after it finished, first was a banker, second was a choice between 2 choose the wrong one.
