ryans_slots
So every year since few years ago I've done this for my own good and responsible gambling by recording all my casino deposits and withdrawals its also interesting to show others where you play and where not to play. also it helps when you don't lose as much just to 1 casino which is mega tilting so having the option to spread it around and record all data is vital for me. Year 2017 was profit of around £20,000 year 2018 was loss of £2,259 (history below shows) I encourage anyone with a gmail email address just go to your 'drive and select 'new ---> then google sheets and just keep a little record of your deposits and withdrawals if you are a problem gambler and spend far more than you should at least you know where your money is going. so that's my figures, whats yours look like? Reply below. Hope 2019 brings you the big and good wins, Happy new year https://www.gamstop.co.uk/ https://www.gamcare.org.uk/ (this image you may of seen across other forums) and same post I know I posted at several places :P

Markymark
Great post mate, its exactly the right thing to do. I don't bet as much online anymore. I put a small amount if my income into a separate bank account for the month that l can afford to lose. I know how much l spend every year now. Good of you to show people this. Am with Miller on this, how did you manage to be £20k up?

Solario333
This is a great sequence of wins, plus responsible and clear understanding of the consequence of high stake gambling.... Keeping a record means living in real life the Gambling decisions you make ,and not shutting them away ,so that negation allows you to lose more. Good role model for the future. Happy new Year and I hope all your graphs point upwards....

Good idea for any sort of income to have a matching out goings record, regardless of the gambling side of life!!! Assume this is a "secondary" bit of fun, as you spent a 3rd less in 2018, yet the PFO was zero Have a great 2019 and lets hope you get a 2017 repeater this year!!!
