Vegas Hero - AVOID AVOID AVOID

Recommended Posts

Mate signed up with them a few months ago, and did his first couple deposits for a few hundred quid.

He was appointed a 'VIP Host', which is the funniest thing about it all, and I'd hate to see how normal punters were treated.

Won just under a grand with the 2nd deposit, and it's been one hoop after another ever since.

First it was the usual KYC, he asked me about it, and I explained it was standard, nothing to worry about.

After sending those, then asked to send a selfie with his ID, which he did.

Since that he has had to get Notarised documents, to prove his ID is real.

Submit that, and then get requested to send more bank statements, showing the deposit to the site.

I'm not one to moan, and generally just get on with any KYC stuff I  have to do, as they're providing me a service, and I don't want to bite the hand that feeds.

However, in this case, I think it's worth giving this mob a coating, as it's pretty ludicrous how awkward they're being to him, over a relatively small amount.

Ffs surprise they didn't ask for a dick pic. I believe in proving who you are and that but ffs some sites are just too fucking intrusive like sending in bank statements I mean come on now that's so personal personally I'd tell them to kiss it. That's y I stay away their quick to take money but you literally have to send your personal life earnings to withdraw . shocking

This is where not having a passport or driving licence helps me. I know i can't sign up to new casinos as I can't provide what they want should I win.

It is getting ludicrous the hoops they make you jump through to get YOUR money.

I had a similar problem with redbet so I just closed the account

I generally don't mind, and haven't had much aggro other than requests for notarised docs a few years ago.

When he asked me about this, I told him that it would even have set me off, and said I'd coat them on here.

As usual the authorities that make this anomalous requirement that you must give your whole life history to some nameless individual who does not reside here, ....so much for the data protection act. If someone else sent your docs it would be a crime.

What guarantee of data protection does an island in the Mediterranean, swamped with organised crime and russian mafia cash,  give to us.  None at all --- its all Borrox.

No doubt however well meaning the cretins are who thought up this requirement, they invalidated our rights to keep our data safe and disregarded our wellbeing in favour of money grabbing bast**ds who care little for our people or our needs.

Still what can you expect from the ME FIRST society.

What is required is a land based secure UK Gambling passport. Where you go along with your docs and have a full gambling passport created. This could be a Universal ID card which holds all relevant data in a secure UK vault.  Perhaps I should create a company that does this???

So after sending in the notarised documents, they then ask for a screenshot showing his deposit to their sites.

He sends this, and a day later gets told that's not good enough, and need more details.

They need it to show all details, and times of deposits 🤣

When it comes to documentation request, we have to follow certain procedure standard of how the documentation format shall be.

This is a main reason we for instance specifically ask for first 6 and last 4 digits on the front side of a credit card, or that all 4 corners shall be visible when providing a driving license.

In this case, we always have to make sure being provided with a certain quality of the documentation being requested Dominic.

The most important is that a bank statement clearly shows this is coming from the bank, meaning we can see the amount you deposited, the date, your name on it but also the bank logo.

Told him to threaten them with IBAS and Gambling Commission, and see what happened.

Thanks for your reply.

I fully understand you in this case.

Had a long conversation with the relevant department today about your case.

They will process the withdrawal here in a while, once is has been processed your will receive an email Dominic.

Don't think he'll be playing there again once he gets paid lol...

That’s just ridiculous we have had so many of these cases on here as I’ve said before and everyone agrees all proof of age should be sent before any deposit on any site    thanks for letting everyone know about these cretins who are clearly just trying to make it so hard for you to withdraw in the hope you finally give up, What a coincidence once threatened they payed up straight away that in itself tells the whole story.

I agree with the documentation etc hell I would even approve of a Skype call to prove you are the person on the passport . But I don't agree with the usual 24-72 hours to approve documents then after that if something is t right you need to send more and wait longer .

The Dragons are all in but they require 110% of the company and access to you're wife's fake boobs at the weekend and it drawn into the contract that if it doesn't work you surrender your home car and cuckoo clock collection, if the idea does work it's only fair you take home a very generous NTA - National minimum wage and Clean Duncan and Peter's shoes on a Thursday and Friday, and of course remember and fucking smile.

Now go to the back of the room and have a minute to think about it
