BC game bankrupt?

Seen that BC game have been declared bankrupt by a curaçao court... it hadn't been keeping with curaçao gaming regulations! I mean surely that's a bottom rung regulation to fail.

Anyway I only had a quick scan but BC game assure financial and operational stability while also reading they have covered up significant gamers losses over a period this summer (could this be streamer related!?) and claims that player funds have disappeared in a transfer between BC Game and some other party. 

I couldn't be arsed getting into it too deep but it really highlights the vulnerability of UK players. If BC decide to fuck everyone off to cover fines or losses you can't do shut. It could all be find still but think people need to be careful regardless.

I joined up with one of the Curaçao lot as ABC brought my limits down to £120 a Month. I joined up with a crypto site not expecting much, much to my amazement I won over £600 on jungle spirit. Not expecting to get paid I still sent the verification requested. Next day I was paid in which I took the money and run. This site looked the part and even offered odds on UK racing and football which appealed to me. I tested them to see how reliable their gambling controls were. I sent an email asking for a 3 Month exclusion from their site which was accepted, however I asked for it to be opened again the very next day in which they replied that it wasn’t a problem. Fucking unreal, they are all a shower of shite.

Dealing in crypto isn’t for everyone ( especially me ). I use binance and had to sell my crypto winnings before I could withdraw it to my bank. This guy from Kazakhstan asked me for my card number and sent the funds, an hour later and he’s at me to release crypto which I can’t as I don’t see the funds in my bank. Long story short, it ended up going to customer services which was a fucking nightmare as I had to film a live video of me signing into my online banking showing the transactions proving the funds didn’t arrive. I contacted the bank and they wanted me to contact the fraud department as I shouldn’t have given my full card number. The next day Binance ruled in favour of the buyer before luckily the funds cleared the next morning. Too fucking stressful all of that. I also list money having to sell it to some fucker making a profit from me.

I've succumbed to a couple of goes on crypto. I didn't really encounter any problems with deposits or one small withdrawal, but the whole thing is dangerous as fuck.

You could play your heart out until everything had gone if you wanted to with no protection in place.

It's a shock BC Game are in trouble if this is true, but personally I wouldn't care if everyone of them went bust.

A very dangerous game unless you have money!

It’s surprising to see how any casino can go bust considering the house edge is heavily in their favour. The incoming President Donald Trump is the only person I know of who was unable to make money from owning a casino.

These crypto casinos are beyond dangerous!, particularly if the player has a gambling problem and is looking to restrict his play. 
 
The fact of the matter is that Gamstop is completely ineffective and is pretty much pointless. Even when you leave the GS register it still proves very difficult to rejoin any European gambling sites ( sky bet and bet365 no longer want the business ).

It’s back to the days of willpower David. I hope you are doing well.

Not bad thanks. Not much going on really.

Trying the crypto got it out of my system and I have no real urge to go back which is a good thing.

My GS still has about 18 months to run I think.

Aye all is good pal. The forum is extremely quiet but I’ll see it through to the end like one of the musicians on the Titanic that played the violin as it sank.

We’ve managed to get Aunty Maureen the MBE which she should be receiving soon. I applied for it after we raised the money to keep GESH doors open. I thought it was going to be a simple case of filling in a short form but it took some legwork as you need glowing references and contributions from financial advisors etc.. it took me a while to get it all together but finally three years later she was accepted for the MBE along with Ally McCoist and Graeme Souness no less. I’m just waiting for the picture of her holding up the medal thingy then I’ll fire up the story on here.

P.s. Did you hear Rolla is in jail 😯

Ah the MBE. Impressive. Not sure about the other 2 though!.

Maybe rolla was sharing a cell with the bandit when he went awol for a while.

None of it would have been possible without TGC. The donations particularly kept the doors of GESH open and Maureen reminds me every time she speaks to me to thank everyone. Much appreciation to everyone involved @MrUKHackz in particular was determined the doors stayed open through a brutal Covid period where income was non existent for GESH.
