Good for you, even better that your first experience not only ended up with a win, but you got a taste of decent GUTS customer service via a hat tip from @Rocknrolla Had a friend who asked something similar of Shadowbet (same group as GUTS) and they reversed on the same sort of decision, was not as much, but same principal and easy to make mistake when it comes to wagering terms & conditions!
