So today we have a spicy Pork dish with stir fry ....and Courgettes !!!

Very similar to choo choo noodles but extra sesame ....... yum yum !!!

Here are two stages of a curry making this morning for later today ........ 1. before adding peppers and mushrooms ,with chicken and corriander . At this stage it is raw and very fiery !! Stage 2 --adding coconut milk and peppers,mushrooms etc... now it reduces !! Now after reduction it will still be very spicy but smooth to taste!!

I know this works out to about £5 in our money but its still 700x, lost the first 2 bonus buys, gambled this to 20 and took it
