Has anyone else had issues dealing with vegasluck/bgo ?I am owed £3600 in withdrawals after being sourced of funds although they continued to except my deposits although they would not pay out my pending withdrawals. Surely if a casino will not process your withdrawals they should not be able to accept your deposits.
I had played at this casino for months depositing over 20k .
After 3 weeks of providing all the required documents they than stopped replying to my emails then closed my accounts.The worse customer service i have ever recieved from an online casino.
I've had to contact eCOGRA to try and get them to pay me what I'm owed.
