  3. So I decided to spend a few pounds , and take advantage of the largesse of the "Eat out to help out" scheme......Here are some pics ... I chose the chicken Burger --- and the Bakewell taste with Strawberry ice cream..... washed down with Brandy and Chablis ...........
  4. So decided on Chinese today --- Sweet Hot and sour Chicken--Plated.
  5. One of my all time favourites ....Tarragon Chicken in white wine , asparagus, beans, stem broccoli and roast potatoes ....
  6. A Sri Lankan chicken and Coconut hot Curry with Star Anise !! Yummy !! Just about to reduce and ready in an hour or so..... served with Saffron Rice...
  7. So nice and warm today -- Perfect for a Chick pea and Spinach Curry :

  9. In honour to all Italians who are having a difficult time I raise a glass of red wine and Spaghetti Bolognese the Italian way --- all mixed in !! including the Parmagiano .... Herefordshire beef, onions , garlic, tomatoes, onions, salt, olive oil, pepper, capsicum, mushrooms, bay, oregano, marjoram, fresh parsley, Parmagianno (grated into sauce) and durum wheat spaghetti . Bravissimo !!!

  11. So nice and sunny again--cool breeze - just perfect for a winter vegetable soup with Corriander -- homemade of course
  12. Here is todays offering --- Tuna Pasta and melted cheese !! Yummy ,washed down with chilled Pino Grigio ---
  13. Since no pubs are open we are having Mutter Paneer --- a very spicy Indian cheese dish --- Panneer , onions, mushrooms, red pepper, pepper , garlic, coriander, assorted spices , chillies, coconut oil, tomato paste, salt , yoghurt, ginger, ------- very spicy ---
  14. At a friends cooking this chicken Curry from scratch ---- scotch bonnets and lots of spice !! YUM YUM !!!
  15. Todays menu Comprises one of my all time Favourites : Gambiarri Piccante !! Prawns in Garlic ,Sesame,Chinese Chilli oil , Parmegiano , and Parsley ....with Spaghetti !! Yum Yum !!!!! A twist on the Italian versions its very very spicy too
