  1. Just for a change I made a mild and fragrant chicken tikka in an almond sauce, with rice........and Roti .
  2. Dinner today , an old favourite , Golden Chicken Casserole , with Herbs , Garlic, onion , tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, celery, carrots,and loads of Extra virgin olive oil, soaking into the potatoes.....
  3. Here are two stages of a curry making this morning for later today ........ 1. before adding peppers and mushrooms ,with chicken and corriander . At this stage it is raw and very fiery !! Stage 2 --adding coconut milk and peppers,mushrooms etc... now it reduces !! Now after reduction it will still be very spicy but smooth to taste!!
  4. No roast for me today ...........
  5. A Sri Lankan chicken and Coconut hot Curry with Star Anise !! Yummy !! Just about to reduce and ready in an hour or so..... served with Saffron Rice...
