Eat chocolate sparingly . 8 ice cream is useful to clear the head . 9. make food for others 10. do good in the community 11.help those who you see in distress , but dont involve yourself too deeply or you will absorb emotion. 12. dont watch more than 2 hours tv at a time , unless it is a non violent film. 13 . dont waste money. 14. buy gifts for friends . 15. dont over use social media . ok there you go. 16 , the most important one of all --- have a salt bath twice a week..
