Apologies for the delayed response.
I do understand your frustration however, the operator confirmed that in accordance with their terms and conditions, third party deposits are not permitted on their website which is why your winnings were confiscated and the deposits that were made on the account, refunded to the payment method.
As an ADR service provider, our role is to investigate a dispute based on the evidence, as such we review the terms and conditions that were agreed to by the player and determine if there has been a breach by either party. We also review the pertinent clauses in the terms and conditions to determine if they are in line with Consumer Rights legislation.
Therefore, the operator has confirmed that you are in breach of their terms and conditions and unfortunately, we have to resolve this dispute in favour of the operator.
This decision does not restrict your right to bring proceedings against the Operator in any court of competent jurisdiction eCOGRA’s resolution of the dispute. Please note, the resolution may be different from an outcome determined by a court applying legal rules.
