Long time viewer of Rolla! New to the forum. I know the below is ultimately my fault, but I also feel like AG have a duty to their customers. I’ve never raised a dispute before, wondering if anyone here can give me advice on the below.
I created an account at MrPlay, my withdrawal was delayed, so I closed my account and waited. When the withdrawal came, I realised AG aren’t scammers, so I looked into their sister sites. (I’m already excluded from Trada, one of their brands).
I find GreenPlay and make an account there, I lost >2400£, someone from the responsible gambling team got in touch and made me set deposit limits. I had already surpassed these, so couldn’t play anymore.
I found another sister site, QueenPlay, set a £500 deposit limit, hit that albeit with a withdrawal, now can’t deposit there.
Again, I found another sister site, KingCasino, set a deposit limit of £2000 and it let me deposit and lose £2700.
My questions are:
- Should I have been allowed to keep creating accounts at sister brands to be able to deposit more? (Excluded at Trada, closed account at MrPlay)
- Should I have been able to deposit £2700 when I had a £2000 monthly limit? What can I do about this?
- They changed my deposit limit across ALL sites now to roughly £350. So I can’t prove my deposit limit was £2000, as it not longer is.
I have asked to be excluded from all casinos in this network now so it doesn’t happen again.
I know this is my fault, but I feel there should be more in place to stop people doing this? I have an account at Leo, they have put monthly restrictions on the account and when I open an account at one of their sister sites, this limit is automatically applied across?
