Also disagree with that statement. They are made to be random, and are for the most part, but do yourself a favour and run some tests. Open any game .... Start with stakes of say 0.30 or 0.50 and then go up to 1.00 / 2.00 then up to 5.00 then 10.00 and if you SUPER brave up to 20.00 or 50.00. Watch closely, as your bet increases, you win less often and when you do, you will get maybe 3 of a kind or 4, but the 5 of a kinds or bigger "Ways" wins are less at higher bets. IE: The more you bet, the less chance you have. ( Patterns in outcomes )

Its not really about the slots return. Its more about the customer satisfaction side of it. Casinos are getting greedy. They give out less bonuses less often and because of the number of super high rollers, 90% of their players are treated as nothing as they are only interested in looking after the guys spending 5 to 6 digits a month with them.

Hi Guys, Anyone feel like the customer experience over live chat feels extremely scripted and just poor in general. I've been a VIP twice over at 21 casino, and a long time player, and after raising issues with severely bad gaming experience in terms of odds only to a default "There is no bonus at this time" response from them rather than a personalized response of some nature, I feel this is terrible. I took a 6 month break at this casino due to bad experience and just a general gaming break, come back and immediately experience even worse odds being returned by slots. I have now requested my account be permanently closed but was just interested if anyone else feels like they had a bad customer service experience ?

Hi Everyone, As some of you might've seen I got a pretty good win a month ago on Star Clusters of around 1500x. Ever since, I've not won a red penny on 2 different casinos I play on across many different games and suppliers. It just seems for the last 2 weeks or so all casinos/games are just dead and aren't returning anything. It has become a complete what feels like, donation system. I have sunk 100s each night with literally next to no bonuses on any games, and when i do get them, I'm seeing less than 10x every time. The last 2 nights was the worst. 3 Bonuses on Star clusters ( 1 @ 10 GBP and 2 @ 20 GBP ) spins. First one paid 5x and the two 20 GBP spins paid 8x and 9x. Over and above those bonuses, I got 1 on Razor Shark at 2 GBP and it returned 11x with might I add ( 2 full columns of Gold Sharks ) in the base game before the bonus kicked off. I just feel like something has recently changed. I realize this is probably luck based. Regardless, I've been gambling for 15 years and loved nearly every minute, but when the casinos are taking like this and you get nothing in return day in and out for weeks on end, it becomes annoying and feels very unfair to the player. I have such decided I am giving up online gambling as I am no longer enjoying it, and the slowly year on year the games are getting worse in quality as I saw in one post recently here on the forums in terms of laziness etc from developers. I'll stick to landbased gaming whenever I might be at the casino, but online for me has become terrible and unpleasant with no fun element when you simply get nothing in return. Also, anyone notice you get way more "Dead" spins as it were on newer games these days. Its quite poor for player experience. I'll keep reading these forums as I love the community. After playing this game since it was released, having only seen around 150x at best at lower stakes too, and never having had a 1400x+ win before online, I finally got a reward from BTG 15 Years gambling for me this year, biggest win I've ever had online.
