Wow Never knew that But there again I've never played or seen that scenario. Crazy rule imo.

So here's one, now that I've learnt a new rule Eg It's injury time & the team that are losing have all they're men up front & even the keeper is up in attacking half of field trying to use his height for headers etc But they're last defender stays goal side of the half way line. Where they're attack breaks down & A through ball is played for the team winning where lad who latches onto counter attack is on side, remembering they're last defender is in his own half, Would the goal not count because the keeper was in no man's land in the opposition's half?

I was a right or left midfielder I always made sure I stayed in line or behind they're last man, but never accounted that keeper had to be goal side too. They say you learn something new ever day.

Well I played for county & East Anglia, played lots of finals at various stadiums & even at Wembley six a side across width of pitch before England under 21 played. Won two Sunday national cup playing against a Scouse team. I must admit I always thought it was last man, where I didn't ever account for the keeper. Well that is a New one for me as I said. Those Scousers boo their Queen, good enough for them.

How is the real Madrid goal off side When there was a Liverpool player within the 6yd box That's a new one for me.
