Cheltenham Day 3 Marsh Novices' Chase This race looks like it's only got one winner and the banker of the festival if you can ever say that, ENVOI ALLEN is well known around the world and he is a beast. I can't see him beat if providing he gets round but I can't back him at odds on. The market rivals anti post are unlikely to turn up MONKFISH and ENERGUMEME. Leaves us with a few to look at with double figure prices. SHAN BLUE has improved alot this season but beat comfortably by another contender SPORTING JOHN last time out and I'd rather be on the latter again here if it was out of the two. SPORTING JOHN stays all day but failed around here last time and his jumping can spoil his chances. There's two I think could run well at bigger prices ALLART and CHANTRY HOUSE. They both have ran very nice races since going over fences with each of them failing on one occasion. They ran nice races at the festival last year in the same race and think they could improve again here. Will be interesting to see the jockey bookings. ALLART not making the cut but a nice price for our other selection. CHANTRY HOUSE 16/1 EW (MOST FIRMS) ALLART 16/1 PLACEPOT (MOST FIRMS) N/R Pertemps Handicap Hurdle The way I'll look at this race is try and find something that is not going to be too close to the front but not held up in last place. UKNOWWHATIMEANHARRY enjoys a good round here but he's 13 years old now and you'd have to imagine something will be improving past him. REDFORD ROAD who has won around here before and is handicapped to be involved, he was beat by BUSHYPARK last time but that was at Haydock which is a completely different track and I think the form will be turned around today. SOUTHFIELD HARVEST has to be taken serious being unexposed but he has front run on most of his races and there's a couple in here that may push the pace and with no course experience it's puts me off a little. THE BOSSES OSCAR steps back up in trip and is also unexposed his form may well be backed up by Flooring Porter in the Stayers on Wednesday, his mark has jumped up thirteen pound here tho. I do likes the looks of MRS MILNER here, beat by a neck by On The Blind Side here in November then ran another nice race at Leopardstown before falling last time out. She's not badly treated of this mark and handles soft ground but does go against the trends of most winners being rated above 138. IMPERIAL ALCAZAR is now favourite for Fergals yard and everyone can surely see why, his past form in novices has been a very high standard and could be an improver for this. MRS MILNER 14/1 EW 6 PLACES (BETFAIR) THE BOSSES OSCAR 7/1 EW (BET365) Ryanair Chase A wide open race where again I'll be looking to take on the favourite, ALLAHO is current anti post favourite and he's a horse I've waited for to go over fences and although he's done well since switching codes I think he's there to be shot at. MIN is next in the betting however he's not getting any younger and I don't think he will be good enough to win this. IMPERIALAURA is a horse I like here, he unseated early on last time out so that run can be scratched. He's been round Cheltenham three times finishing in the top 2 on every occasion. Positive is he likes to be nearer the front rank which is always better in a larger field size. SAINT CALVADOS was a horse I put up last year at 25/1 and I was nearly crying when he went down by a neck staying on like a train. I wouldn't put anyone off him again this year, 6lb higher mark and better ground may go against him tho. DRASHEL DRASHER has shocked most the racing world with his form this year and has also proven form round here, out and out front runner is there to push the pace as much as he can may well set it up from something to pick the race up late. With the ground turning soft looks to be playing into the hoof of a horse that I couldn't put up with better ground SAINT CALVADOS so I'll be having a saver with him. IMPERIAL AURA 7/1 EW (BET365) SAINT CALVADOS 8/1 EW (MOST FIRMS) Paddy Power Stayers' Hurdle Obvious starting point here is PAISLEY PARK, he has been some story from start until now. Hits that famous flat spot before motoring home. Last season he didn't perform at his best and I'm not sure I could take him to regain his crown again this year. His old rival in THYME HILL is a big danger, if the ground has good in the description could well take some beaten the way he travels through races and has the ability to stay on powerfully which holds no fears he when you watch him in the Albert Bartlett last season. Question is will they take this route with CHAMP who is a horse with speed and stamina but isn't always great at his fences. He still holds his entry for the gold cup but that will be a call earlier to the time. MCFABULOUS is well liked and spoke about a lot but I he still needs more to challenge in this race. THE STORYTELLER looks as tho he's been laid out for this then onto the big stage of the Grand National, he's not a bad jumper, he is proven over this trip and handles this track with no issues having just failed in a plot last season. Here's a interesting runner FLOORING PORTER he's been improving this season and at a rate of knots, he put THE STORYTELLER in his place last time out and could still well have a lot more to come, now the big question does he handle the course? PAUL'S SAGA at a huge price could well come on from his first run, watching the race back he travelled strongly before he looked tired over the last, still managed to stay on for 2nd that day and could well have more to offer. Well this went to plan with PAUL'S SAGA not making it and THYME HILL getting injured so we are back to the drawing board. I think PAISLEY PARK will take alot of beaten now but value I have to take that chance with FLOORING PORTER and hope he handles the track and a horse that was in behind who could well thrive back at this course and upped in trip again which may well be the trip they've had in mind for a while FURY ROAD. THYME HILL 4/1 WIN (MOST FIRMS) N/R PAUL'S SAGA 40/1 PLACEPOT (HILLS) N/R FLOORING PORTER 7/1 EW (MOST FIRMS) FURY ROAD 12/1 EW (MOST FIRMS) PADDY POWER PLATE MISTER WHITAKER has to be watched with his passed history here, he's handicapped well enough and wasn't given a hard ride on his last run where he finished in mid pack. He will also get a tow into the race and could well be a big player here. FARCLAS was a horse I looked at for a race on day one before he was declared here. He does look well enough in here to suggest he can go close here. Favourite for the race who had five entries for this festival before turning up here THE SHUNTER, he's improving like a very good horse and wouldn't be surprised to see him take the beaten but he's too short for me to take now with others having a big chance at better prices. The other I'll put up at a bigger price would be TWO TAFFS who will have his second run for NTD after switching for Skelton's, he'd had a decent break before that run and will strip alot fitter for this. He's been around here before and has no issues with the trip either. FARCLAS 13/2 EW 6 PLACES (BETFAIR) MISTER WHITTAKER 12/1 EW 6 PLACES (BETFAIR) Dawn Run Mares’ Novices’ Hurdle HOOK UP seems to be the Mare on everyone's lips for this race and on the form of her runs she is rightly so, can she reverse that form with ROYAL KAHALA? Personally think this will be a tightly run race and wouldn't rule any of them out. Again form that links with ROSEYS HOLLOW who put 2 length between herself and ROYAL KAHALA after a decent battle late on. GAULOISE I do think could turn around the form with the market leaders, watching her first two races she was behind front rank early doors before going on easily, last time out she was held up in the rear before staying on late. Her running is likely to be up with the pace and that's where I expect her to be if lining up. Finally the other horse I think goes with a good chance at her price is another Mullins charge ECHOES IN THE RAIN. She runs very freely which isn't a great style normally round here but has got a brilliant engine on her. She pulled clear and won by 15 length on her Irish Debut before pulling well clear of the field very early on her next start and still only losing out by around 6 length in the end keeping on. If they can get her to settle she will be some Mare. ECHOES IN THE RAIN hasn't made it but GAULOISE is still there for us. The weights and run style of ROYAL KAHALA could be hugely I'm her favour. GAULOISE 9/1 EW (BET365) ECHOES IN THE RAIN 20/1 PLACEPOT (MOST FIRMS) N/R ROYAL KHALA 9/2 Win (MOST FIRMS) Kim Muir Handicap Chase I mentioned a horse I really like for this race earlier on and that horse is PLAN OF ATTACK, I watched his last race where he was never going to win. He was there simply for the run that day and looked like this was his target. He will need to brush up his jumping from that run but he stayed on nicely and has been round here before which is a big plus. SHANTOU FLYER could be a big runner for Nicholls, he handles the track and has no problems with the trip or ground. He's had two runs for the yard and ran promising races, looks as tho this has been the plan since switching stables and he's on a nice enough mark. MOUNT IDA stepping up in trip might be the answer considering she did stay on in her last race but she was easily beaten at the course last time and you have to take the risk with the distance so Iwouldn't be chancing at shorter odds. STORM CONTROL and MILANFORD will likely tow the field along and have ran some decent races themselves I just can't see them staying up there at the end of the race. Another at a bigger price who is now well handicapped is BOB MAHLER he could easily be good enough to get a place in this but this is up in the air. PLAN OF ATTACK 20/1 EW (MOST FIRMS) SHANTOU FLYER 10/1 PLACEPOT (MOST FIRMS)

@MrUKHackz Welcome to the 40 club slaphead. All the cool kids are born in March Much love mate. Have a great day. xxxxxxxxxxxx

To be fair, thats a wank cashout offer when you look at how short the odds are for Envoi Allen, it should be much bigger than that. The cash out is supposed to entice you to consider it. Not consider it just because its half a million.
-
Well he must be doing alright for himself leaving 20k in his account. I'm hoping he leaves it and Allen romps home.
-
As far as I know he's said no to a cashout and he's leaving it to roll.
-
It's this guy. He does however have 20k in his betting account at the time of the photo so i think he's doing ok.
-
You know it as well, or at least half a dozen or more.
-
Lay of the week lands. That'll do me.
-
Well worth a bet. Winner on good to soft at Cheltenham in a grade 2. Kee-mon!

Top o' the morning to ya. All the best. -
I won't be touching a Skelton horse all week. I came across something interesting yesterday which opened my eyes to Skelton a little bit and him only picking up easy/easier races. I'll type up the quote. "I laughed recently when I read a quote by Dan Skelton complaining about Willie Mullins runners getting 'freebies' in Ireland. In Eastern Europe there is a common saying among natives, which translates to 'don't poke the bear'. That statement by Skelton, if true, was a hostage to fortune. Skelton has enjoyed a prosperous winter, bagging Grade 1 wins with Shan Blue and Allmankind, and a handful of Grade 2 wins as well. All those victories had one common characteristic...none of those races contained any Irish trained opponents...and perhaps this festival might highlight that it was Skelton winning the cheap freebies and not Mullins." Certainly makes you wonder.

What about Richard O’Brien? Can you start the fans, please.

Like Doug the Head in Snatch....shut up and sit down, you big bald fuck.

Go on the Kinks...

If there was 3 places up for grabs in the Ballymore, i'd be looking at another 50/1 place like the Supreme today.
-
Sexy Beast...Ghandi...Sweeney Todd....Schindlers List...The Gambling Community Forums...like cow shit in a field he's everywhere.
-
Probably because those at the head of the market are deeemed to be better horses. Does He Know won a Grade 2 Novices Hurdle and he ran out in the Grade 1 he was in. I havent gone back and watched the replay, just what i've noticed. However, the same theory applied to For Pleasure today and look what happened.
-
As for tomorrow...only one horse in the Ballymore has run at Cheltenham within the last year, and has won both times there. Does He Know.
-
Congrats @Kinkerbells - a great pick love. Well done. I did mention For Pleasure in my write up yesterday too which placed at 50/1. Good stuff all around. Hope everyone, made some monies.
-
Ok mate, thanks. I know some places are paying 4. I didn't know which bookie you were basing your place terms on.
