Spin&Win Max Cashout Only Your Deposit Amount? WTF!

Agree with most! Although @Rocknrolla plays at a WHG casino and promotes them and they are one of the most corrupt, unethical casinos out there. Leovegas also admitted to having streamers play with money years ago. These are recommended here. I accept casinos are all untrustworthy but when a casino applies a max cash out of your deposit value with extortionate wagering , that to me is crazy! Never seen that before.

Spin&Win Max Cashout Only Your Deposit Amount? WTF!

Thanks. Had a read. Absurd max cash out on bonuses! I’m astounded the max cash out is just your deposit back
  3. Hi, I was looking at signing up to Spin and win and they offer a £500 sign up bonus. Erm the max cashout on the sign up bonus is only £500 (See below) This means that if you beat the 30k wagering on the initial £500 deposit they only give you winnings of £500 (Your deposit amount). How can this be allowed? Anyone used them?

21casino & White Hat Gaming banning winners

If you stay on certain games and do the same stake too long they ban you even if you take one offer. They are the worst group out there for only wanting losers. If there is even a chance you could even the playing field against them and possibly be in profit in the long term you are banned. However they have no issues flooding losers with offers and even putting no deposit bonuses on accounts. I have so many cases thanks to my experiences and justiceforpunters that highlight how corrupt they are...I think they are deplorable and I simply don’t understand some members mindsets here . Just my opinion. I don’t think they should be promoted and consider them rogue

I signed up with the intention of making money in the long term. That isn’t bonus abuse.

21casino & White Hat Gaming banning winners

Doesn’t surprise me. Also doesn’t surprise me some of the people in here seemed to turn on u. Odd lot. Had it above on my post. White hat are awful. I belong to an online site where they collate best bonuses and sign ups and strategies to try and beat wagering. White hat ban you after the first sign up if you dare try and use any high risk strategies. They only like losers long term and it’s hard to condone @Rocknrolla playing on 21 and being an affiliate.

Slotty Vegas Refusing To Complete KYC When Signing Up

Lol a casino refusing to accept KYC before depositing and sending the types of emails they have above and they aren’t dodgy?...Alright mate . @crazyrightmeow I’d read online similar stories hence trying to get KYC done off the bat. I do this with all casinos now thanks to advice from rocknrolla and the bandit. Am steering clear but have been raising awareness online about them.
  8. Hello all, Thought some people would like a little giggle. Another reason why I hate casinos. Bit strange when a casino is refusing to complete KYC before signing up. Even more strange when the emails back come across like that from a jilted lover lol. Hello,No that is not acceptable and against UKGC. You cannot refuse to verify a players docs until they have deposited. I went on chat and asked if I could provide docs before depositing and they said yes and gave me the veification email. If you continue to be obtuse I will go to your mediator and place your above response on all the sites that review casinos as it comes across as very suspect and I am sure will raise a lot of eyebrows.Stop being silly and short sighted and start the KYC procedure before I deposit.J ----- HI J Thank you for your feedback. We have read your email and find your threats to slander us on Casino portals deeply disappointing especially when considering that you have yet to place a deposit at SlottyVegas so there are no funds in dispute. It is important to note that it is our inherent right as business owners to set processes that we seem suitable for the efficient running of our business. Should you not feel comfortable with any of our processes, you are fully within your rights as a consumer to choose to play at any other Casino of your choice. It is however deeply distasteful to attempt to destroy the hard earned reputation of others simply because you do not agree with how their business is run. We trust that a modicum of understanding can be reached and the matter brought to a close however I remain, as ever, at your disposal should you have any additional questions. Kindest regards, Sergey. Hello I am not threatening to slander anyone. I simply going to expose some extremely questionable practises if you are refusing to complete KYC before accepting deposits. Reputable casinos such as leovegas and winning room encourage completing KYC before depositing. Now you either accept my docs and allow me to complete KYC before depositing. Or you supply me with your ADR details and I will take this to them and then take to social media and the online casino review sites to share my experiences. If you believe what you are doing is correct you won't see it as slander now will you? You have 24 hours to respond. This has been quite frankly absurd. J Hi J Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately here we are with yet more threats and ultimatums. If you prefer practices at other casinos, we encourage you to continue playing there. There are no funds in dispute as no deposit has been placed so you have absolutely nothing tying you into our Casino. However, as is the trend in modern society, instead of simply taking the higher road and acknowledging that not everybody has to meet your demands, one would rather expend their time and energy to destroy the hard work of others. What an utterly disappointing and nonsensical approach. We again remind you that as business owners we have every right to set our practices as per our business needs. Should you wish to take your business elsewhere to a place where your demands are met and your attempts of blackmail and slander positively received, you are more than welcome to do so. Wishing you a tranquil weekend ahead. Kind regards, Sergey. SLOTTY Vegas Casino Support.

21casino & White Hat Gaming banning winners

I'm unclear as to how you have tried to manouvere this into a position where I have a group of people looking to take multiple bonuses at a casino and run some sort of covert casino abusing scandal? This seems to be you attempting to deflect. I have been EXTREMELY transparent! I have detailed I recommended this casino due to watching Rocknrolla over a year. Over 3 months recommending your casino to 6 people and each of the winners having the same experience of being banned and the 2 losers being still sent a pattern shows a predatory morally wrong pattern in my view. These people were from different addresses and different IPs etc and took the welcome bonus at different times over a 3 month period and the pattern became clear. Ive googled it and this seems a regular pattern from 21. I wonder if I asked the two people who were not banned after depositing to keep depositing and losing if you'd keep sending them promos? I feel you have simply tried to side step the initial issue here, which does not surprise me.

21casino & White Hat Gaming banning winners

Jack, I need to preface this by saying I find online casinos deplorable and morally corrupt and anyone that works for them I have pity for as I don't believe it was your dream as a child to work in an industry that is predatory and looks solely to extort from losers whilst banning winners. I would say your fraud team is doing an awful job here and I actually take personal offence to any implication that fraud has been committed. Of the 6 people over a 3 month period that signed up to 21 on my recommendation all were from different addresses, different IPS. EXCEPT one person who signed up using my computer and IP however they lost and interestingly were not banned and continue to be sent promotions? I again do not understand how spinning between £3.60 and £4.80 on Immortal Romance constitutes bonus abuse on winning accounts but not on losing accounts? When I have followed this up on email on my own account I get no answers other then the party line 'It has become clear you are attempting to bonus abuse"?

I thought I'd been quite explicit above? My account - Signed up 3 months ago. Spun between £3.60 and £4.80 on IR. Managed to beat wagering on that game and maybe one more. Withdrawal processed account banned from promotions. Girlfriends (different address) - 1 month ago. Immortal Romance, hit wild desire before bonus £600 cashout. Friend of mine 3 weeks ago - Bust out - No ban and they sent promos. Sister - 2 weeks ago - £800 on Immortal and highlander £4.80 spins. Banned next day from promos. Would of been more but she didnt know about non stickies. Work friend - 2 weeks ago - He bust out and they send promos. Cousin - Last night - 1k win on Immortal Romance £4.80 spins, promo banned the next day. I would say it is morally wrong to offer bonuses to losing accounts and ban new customers from promos after achieving a cashout on the welcome offer. I don't recommend white hat gaming to anyone anymore now as over 6 accounts the pattern is quite clear. I can't see how anyone (including myself) did anything that constitutes attempting to abuse promotions? Deposits were between £100 and £200 as I remember.

I understand a casino may ban you after a time due to just taking deposit bonuses. However in the instances above I am giving you these emails were received the next day having only been able to sign up at one casino and take the bonus, namely 21casino. The people I suggest the casino to hit wins on Immortal Romance (I suggest this due to wild desire) and withdraw before hitting bonus. Next day each got an email saying they were banned. However the two people who bust out got emails offer 75% bonuses etc. This is just wrong in so many ways it seems they only want losers? I have filed a complaint with IBAS. But I do think @Rocknrolla should rethink affiliation with 21 or playing there. Ive had 6 people now test it, all 4 winners banned the next day, two losing accounts absolutely fine.
  15. Hi all, So a bit of back story. I have been watching Paul for over a year now and found 21casino an attractive casino to play at, good bonuses, good range or game and a professional looking site. However it has become very apparent very quickly that 21casino and white hat gaming are very dodgy and seem to ban winners immediately. Both myself, my father and 3 friends have now received the below email after taking the welcome offer and hitting a decent win on Immortal Romance and withdrawing: Dear Jonathan XXXXX Following a review of your account, it has become clear that you are attempting to abuse promotions. Please be advised that you have been banned from bonuses. This Bonus ban is extended to include all Casinos across the whole Network. Please also note that you are no longer permitted to open any further accounts on the network effective immediately. If you attempt to open any further accounts on the Network, they will be terminated and any funds accumulated will be confiscated. Below please find a list of Casinos that are contained on the Network: https://secure.gamblingcommission.gov.uk/gccustomweb/PublicRegister/PRSearch.aspx?ExternalAccountId=38720 Your account remains fully operational with the exception of bonuses as well as further registrations on the network. Regards Having followed up on these emails the response is just again to reiterate I am attempting to abuse promotions? Interestingly two of the people who I referred to 21casino bust out playing Immortal & highlander and did not receive the emails. I find this awful practise from a casino to simply ban winners immediately and I wonder if anyone else has had similar experiences? jesse
