It looks like a really good competitor for stuff like Skrill/Neteller, especially as the fees are fairly low. Untill you get in problems with them. I have tried to withdraw €200,- in cash from an ATM, and the ATM didnt dispense the money as the machine said it got refused by the operator. I even made pictures of the ATM. I contacted muchbetter now many many many times and they are unavailable ANYWHERE. Not through facebook, not through twitter, not through their support in-app, you just dont get a response at all. been taking weeks now and nothing. The support tickets are even gone after like 5 minutes from the app, they just seem to delete them. So everyone, be aware, dont use these people. Apparantely the reviews on sites like trustpilot are horrible too. Cost me €200.- this lesson :(

Had a rejected bet due to no funds on the videoslots reskin MrVegas whilst i did have enough funds... i had videoproof (since i record EVERYTHING nowadays) and i sent in the video, the table, basically everything. They took a whopping 10 days, without letting me know anything, to conclude ''investigation'' and they come up with a completely different hand and table, which resolved just fine.. now they had to ''re-investigate'' and ill probably need to wait another 10 days. why even ask for the videoproof if youre not looking at it anyways? even a blind one could have seen that its not the same hand and even the same table huh? not even the same stake xD ohboy... sorry i needed to spit out this rant.. what a joke. no wonder why they have a high influx of queries... if you are too stupid to solve them :')

Boyohboy, always the dreaded SOW. I think its very good that casinos do this, but there have to be more rules to protect players for jokes like this, and casumo like @MrUKHackz said. They even wanted to see my health insurance papers at that time, and that really was a step too far for me. Sorry and ive actually got nothing to hide or dont do anything illegal but im not going to show them which medicines i had to take over the last few years just to show them ive paid for it and got that money returned off the insurance... Imagine having had a STD or something, lol. (Thank fudge not) anyways, back to the topic. Im afraid that the only thing you can do is keep complying to their requests, keep providing documente etc etc. And after that the only way to go is thru legal action. I dont even think you can go for any legal action before you have reached the end of the process with the casino, but that might be a miss-assumption. anyways keep us updated, if you want you can send me a DM and ill tell about my experiences with SOW (as i had a alot because of being a VIP on fair few sites)
